The charming holiday villa Lukkohalla is situated right next to crystal clear Lake Syväjärvi and the ski centre Ukkohalla, in Kainuu. You will recognize the log villa because of the lock that is situated on the roof of the villa.
The villa Lukkohalla consists of three different floors. Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the villa’s sleeping areas (that are situated both downstairs and upstairs). Two different families can accommodate comfortably in the villa (130m2). There is a kitchen connected with a sitting room, a sitting room, a room with a fireplace, a toilet and a sauna department. On the ground floor there is a maintenance room for skis. In the well equipped kitchenette you’ll find a dishwasher, an oven, a stove/ an oven, a fridge + a freezer, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, table ware and cooking utensils for 12 people. Downstairs there is a separate fridge. There is a TV, a DVD/a CD player, PlayStation 2, a fireplace, a washing machine and a drying closet for wet clothes in Lukkohalla. There is an outdoor barbecue (gas/ carbon).
The villa Lukkohalla was built in 1992. You’ll see the magnificent wilderness of old trees that create peaceful surroundings. Customers can go in for different activities in this area: biking, hiking, trekking, fishing, swimming and riding either with your own or with a local guide. Customers can buy a license for hunting and then they can go hunting e.g. grouses and waterfowls and also hares on the state owned land or organise safaris. In wintertime it’s possible to ski, downhill ski and walk with snowshoes. There are also snowmobile and husky safaris. If holidaymakers dislike active rest, they can go to the gym and spa. The Ukkohalla Ski Centre is located right next to the villa and there is about 13 km to the slopes of Paljakka.
Minimum renting period is 1 week. At Easter the minimum renting period is 4 days. Changing day is Saturday. Arrival – 16.00 (negotiable), departure – 12.00. Bed linen and final cleaning - for an extra cost. No pets. Smoking is prohibited.
