Spend your holiday in a comfortable villa (126 m2) in Lapland, in Luosto. Luoston Väärtin Kammi is a cosy log house. Up to 13 people (and even more) can be accommodated in it. The villa is suitable for families and business meetings. Luosto is full of activities and services without forgetting magnificent nature views and relaxing environment.
There are 2 floors in the villa. There is a kitchen- living room, 3 bedrooms, a loft, a hallway, 2 toilets, a dressing room, a shower room (2 showers) and a sauna.
There is one bedroom downstairs (up to 5 people can be accommodated in it) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (up to 2 people can be accommodated in each room). 4 people can sleep in the loft area. There are 13 beds altogether + 6 extra sleeping places (sofa beds for 4 people + 2 footstools which can be used as extra beds).
The villa is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dry closet for wet clothes, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and etc.
Minimal booking period is one week, changing day is Saturday during the season A (Christmas & New Year). Minimal rental period is 2 nights during other seasons. Arrival time: 16.00, departure time: 12.00. Pets are allowed only downstairs. There is a dog house in the yard. Customers can bring own linen and towels or rent them for an extra cost. Customers can make the final cleaning themselves or buy the service for an extra cost.
